• Customer-account details, package status, invoice amounts, due dates, payment status, payment references and bank-payment confirmation information. We do not ask you to enter full bank-card details on this website.
• Support enquiries, correspondence and any information you choose to provide.
• Security and technical information, such as sign-in activity, a protected form of an IP address, browser or device information, and hosting security logs where necessary.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you submit a package request or contact form, communicate with us, accept a quotation, receive or pay an invoice, or use our services. Limited technical information may also be generated automatically by our hosting and security systems.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations or platform recommendations.
• Create, configure, support and administer streaming-platform services.
• Create and send invoices, allocate payments and maintain financial records.
• Send service, support, payment and security communications.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

This business website is intended for organisations, creators and adult customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children through the enquiry or contact forms.
